2005年7月毕业于黑龙江八一农垦大学生物技术专业,获得理学学士学位; 20107月毕业于中国农业大学微生物与免疫学专业,获得理学博士学位。20107-20143月在中科院微生物研究所担任助理研究员。20144-20162月在东卡罗莱纳大学生物医学实验室从事博士后研究工作。20163-至今在中科院微生物研究所从事利用Raman Tweezers单分子技术研究研究铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜及其产生persisters菌的分子机制的研究工作,20169月被聘为副研究员。

专业技能方面:

1、单细胞研究方面:

利用拉曼光镊技术进行单细胞的分离,单细胞内物质的定性定量分析;拉曼光镊和荧光显微镜/微分干涉显微镜/相差显微镜的联合使用。

2、生物被膜研究方面:

生物被膜培养、检测实验,CLSM (激光共聚焦显微镜的观察), Flow-cell 技术。

3、微生物及分子生物学方面 :

熟练掌握细菌病毒的分类鉴定及其分子操作等技术。

熟练掌握常规的微生物培养,分离,纯化,鉴定等技术,并具有微生物育种经验包括传统育种和基因工程育种。

熟练掌握基因克隆,载体构建,蛋白表达,DNA/RNA提取,PCRRT-PCRsouthern blotwestern blotELISACHIPSDS-PAGEPFGE(脉冲场凝胶电泳)等分子技术。

4、微生物发酵:   

熟悉微生物发酵过程的优化;TLC, HPLC, LC-MS等分析测定技术;

掌握小型发酵罐的使用;熟悉抗生素药物的下游技术如分离纯化,抗生素结构鉴定等方法。

5、生物信息及软件:

熟练掌握DNAMANPrimer5BLASTFASTAInterProScanPfamTMHMMSigalPSequinArtimis等生物专业软件,熟悉生物医学数据库,掌握OriginSPSS分析统计工具。
